I saw someone throw out Joe Brady. I think that would be great for Cam. Need someone with a good reputation with QB’s or someone focused on actually protecting him back there. He’s barely got a chance every snap.

I think Dawson is staying, correct me if I’m wrong but I do not believe he has ever been a head coach at any level; and as some of us have realized the older you get the more distractions we remove from our lives.
Dawson gets to live in Miami, get his choice at QB run majority of his offense and gets paid very well
