And it was not 150k. Not really. His contract called for him to receive millions from third parties for TV and radio shows. That included a $1.25 million payment for the first year.

They were just doing creative financing.

So you want to give props to James for spending more money on one guy who was removed from another school for his inability to win the big game not to mention being halfway retired when he took the job and another who doesn’t have the resume and is pathetically under qualified for the job (not even mentioning that he didn’t bother to initiate any type of search or conduct any interviews before making the decision after the last dumpster fire gave him a mulligan by retiring and not forcing a buyout)??
