People on here are acting like we just won 3 straight games in the playoffs to make it to the super bowl.

I'm I impressed? **** yeah, we looked good, but unfortunately I have a memory that lasts beyond a month.

The fact that we lost 3 games to start the season completely negates these 3 wins against pretty much pathetic opponents (NC is below average and Vtech and Cincy blow dikc). No big team in the nation would brag about beating those 3 teams. No matter how well.

The jury is still out on Golden, D'nofrio and, yes, the defense as a whole. If we go out and **** the bed against FSU, we're right back where we were after losing to GTech. Irrelevant in college football.

If Golden wins, then he's redeemed in my book and I'll be the biggest slurper on this board.

Fvck Ohio St, those losers are always overrated. Dude, Vtech just lost their third in a row today and 5th in the last 7.
 
He beats FSU for the first time in his tenure and suddenly he is forgiven for all the wrong hes done to the program? This is exactly why the program is where it is today. COMPLACENCY.
 
He's not forgiven, but if he beats fsu (and presumably wins out) you can't fire the guy. He'll again be on a short leash next year.

You'd figure if he beats this FSU, then he's got it figured out and can take this team where it needs to be.

But if he loses, to **** with that JV coach, no way he can come back.

Your dream season is us having a schedule like Duke's and going undefeated beating cupcakes. Look guys!! we beat Mcneessee state,enjoy it!! A wins a win!!!

Dude if all you want is wins, you know we don't have to play FSU every year, right? Let's just swap them out for a guaranteed win and you'll be so proud of our boys!!

we do have to play florida state every year. even if we didn't want it, the acc wouldn't let us get out of that rivalry. and if we were able to swap them, it would be another acc team.

Don't get excited that we are stomping bad teams?

Don't get excited we won on the road at BBurg where we hadn't won in a decade.

...no thank you. I don't need or want perspective of the last decade. I'm just going to enjoy that my team is winning and hope this is the start of something special.

And only with perspective can a win at 3-6 vtech get you excited.
