The Puke DB embellished on that play quite a bit. He ducked his head down well after the push off. There wasn't much of a push off in the first place, but I'm not at all surprised the flag came out. And it never should come to something like that against Puke in the first place, so it doesn't matter. We got outscored 20-0 when it wasn't raining (good thing we got that shiny new IPF to keep those softies dry during their 20 hours of practice per week).
