To be honest.. everyone. Included Admin needs to go.

Go hire a SEC admin to run to school at this point. Football needs to be ran like a top level operation from the head on down.

The mindset of wanting to be the best and taking football serious has to start with the schools president.

No more letting the local Cubans run **** just to hire their homeboys.

Agreed……….these last 5 games should really provide some useful evaluations. Which players are giving max effort, playing disciplined high IQ ball, and executing fundamentals of the game (something a lot of these players suck at right now)?? From there build off it and revamp the rest.

From there does Mario stay in his stubborn ways or adjust to the times regarding future coaching staffs??? Can’t say I’m confident but time will tell.
 
Should be a lot of dead weight that needs to be outright told to leave

There is a bad culture here and it needs to be flushed because it ain’t working

May we never forget most of the upper classmen I’m sure laughing at X for doing extra drills and route running are still on this team
 
Make that 53+ instead of 35+ and 5-7 coaches instead of 3-5 and I’m right there with you.No way there’s 50 kids on this team good enough to get Miami back to a NY6 bowl and I doubt there more than a couple of coaches worthy of staying..

You may get in trouble for the locals comment, but I agree with you. If Mario's name was Fred Bigglesworth, he wouldn't have been hired.

Get rid of the roster the coaches and the program. 10 thousand people care too much and no one else gives a ****. Whatever is wrong has consistently made coaches and players look worse than they otherwise would be. The distractions, the fan base, the facilities, the politics of BOT or former players or local coaches. This is what we are and have been for decades.
