I thought it was crazy when I saw they took Earl Little Jr from the portal and he walked in and started. Idk if it was just how Miami destroyed him while he was in Tally but seems like a huge drop off from Downs to Little jr.

TBH - we made him look bad when we played FSU but he was their leading tackler and did make plays in other games. Still, agree he's a huge drop from Downs.

maybe that was the plan and Sayin simply didn’t throw to him. I am pretty sure Dawson tried to scheme Toney open on our final drive in the natty. Indiana did their best to cover him but Toney still managed to create some separation, as one of would expect from the best player on the field. If Beck simply throws the ball to our best WR (literally just throw in anywhere in his vicinity) we win the championship. Instead Beck launched the ball at the f#cking moon.

Jeremiah Smith had a target rate of like 45%. It’s dominant, and he dominates with that high rate. However it also shows the complete unhealthiness of their overall offense. No top offenses have that significant of a share of their offense dedicated to 1 player. Like we are talking G5 type teams with a great WR and KJ Duff for Rutgers level…
