You mofuggers hatin' on Canada have no fackin' clue. Spend one weekend in Montreal and you'll want to move there. Next to LA probably the hottest female population in North America.

Montreal has hotter women. Believe me. I'm from Miami and went to the U, and there are plenty of hot women in Miami. I lived in Montreal for 4 years recently, and the female population there is hotter than Miami, no question about it. The only city I've ever been to that can even come close to Montreal is Barcelona, and that includes LA and NYC.

Not 'legal', but decriminalized. It's basically just a ticket. Montreal is the same, but the cops don't even bother. It is not at all unusual for people in Montreal to be tokin it up in broad daylight just walking down the street.
