Mezzi was always good just being misused. That’s what I was trying to get you guys to see. You don’t take a guy with that kind of bend and pass rush technique and ask him to gain 20 pounds and play DT, that was just stupid.

Once I knew Hetherman was going to use him as the boundary edge I knew he was going to have a dominate season.
