Not every former player/coach wants to coach here. Most Head Coaches tend to hire guys they have a previous relationship with. That’s why manny hired Baker for the DC job. That’s why CMR hired his whole offensive staff when he was here.

How about Petri? Look, as a group, Cane fans get impatient quickly, so I'm willing to wait until the end of the season, but if we don't see marked improvement from our DL by December, then Manny needs to replace him.

They came out flat but played well after. I put calling a TO on 4th and long on Diaz. Those are HC coaching decisions. It's also not the DC's fault the CB's got burnt.
