With TVD as he appears to be the real deal. Add in the other young talent around him and we could do some things.
The question is do we mortgage our future by keeping Diaz as we know more likely than not this team will regress or we make some big boy decisions and look to replace the staff with a seasoned proven winner?

No one except a few on here are looking at this in a “should we” sense and what the BOT will do is essentially the same question being asked in every thread.
