God bless Ed Reed - great person & player. Definitely would be a great hire for an on-the-field position, assuming he's into the whole recruiting thing and time commitment. Unfortunately, chief of staff position - assuming it's set up properly - falls into more of an administrative position. Probably can find others who would be bring a better skill set.
