Brashard Smith: Miami or SMU

Saying “he didn’t want to play rb here is the weakest loser thing to say.”
Kid was a big play threat here at Miami, All Acc Team Big Play threat. Unfortunately our Pre-Cam Ward Offense didn’t know what they were looking at, I remember him having more TDs with less touches than X his last year here! All we could say was “we can’t take X off the field for BS”, when we could have featured them both. I said on this board “Kidd got a little Percy Harvey in him”…. Y’all laughed at me and said “Dawson had Tank Dell, you don’t think he knows what he’s looking at” 🤦🏿‍♂️
That Kidd should have never been able to hit the Portal. The way TVD and Emory Pooped the bed, common sense should have said let’s get this Kidd more touches, not as a slot, not as a rb but as a PLAYMAKER!!!
It is what it is

I saw Brashard play play a lot of RB at Palmetto, and he was unstoppable. There was a lot of high school film with Brashard at RB and at a running quarterback during his playoff run during his senior season. IMHO, Brashard would have been a great RB for us behind our OL, but it just didn’t happen for whatever reasons. I wish Brashard great success in the NFL because he has the skill set. If he runs a good 40 time, I expect Brashard to be a day 2 pick

Why would you call the kid a weak loser for not wanting to switch positions. It was his decision unfortunately it didn't work out for him here.

I wasn’t calling HIS decision a weak loser, I was calling all the post above mine saying “he didn’t want to play rb here” a WEAK excuse!
I don’t believe he should have ever played rb here, I think he should’ve just been a playmaker, just get him the **** ball! He didn’t have a problem ripping off that 80 yard run against Clemson…. Miami Coach Fans are delusional if you think that boy didn’t want the ball however it came.
