Baker runs the right system however the players don't seem to respond to him and he is responsible for the linebackers which as a group has also regressed. Baker along with Patke don't seem to add much and can be shown the door. We were better off with Manny running the defense anyways and just upgrading the LB coaching position with someone else and hiring a dedicated special teams coach.

Enos needs to go cause he just runs the wrong system. No amount of infusion of talent will fix his slow plodding offense unless the entire Alabama O-line enters the portal and lands here. The offense may have lack of talent and experience at O-line and QB but the skill posiitions alone are enough to win the Coastal . under the right scheme and play calling and Enos will never give us that. Enos will never change and run a different system next year period. That's why he has to go.

OC: Harell/Yost/Bedenbaugh
DC: Tosh Lupoi (when Cleveland cleans house)/Jim Leonhard (Wisconsin)

Bonus with Leonhard is he played with both Ray Lewis and Ed Reed (and might be a good way of bringing Reed into coaching as a DB coach, which he apparently is interested in)

Negative. Baker's scheme we're not correct. There are several instances throughout this season that Baker looked more like a positions coach than a coordinator. You give him far more credit than he deserves.

Leonhard isn’t leaving Wisco unless it’s a HC job. He’s a Wisco alum and loves it there

Then Tosh Lupoi. I expect he will be looking for work soon (as will most of the current Cleveland Browns staff)
