I always thought he was a better kicker but he's a dam good punter. I loved watching him lay returners out though.

Best kicker Miami has ever had. Very good punter, excellent placekicker with 85% career accuracy rate. What is more impressive is he was 4 of 5 from +50 in his career. Carlos Huerta is typically considered #1 but he kicked off a tee and didn't have the leg that Bosher had. Plus, he was an 80% career guy with 98% accuracy on extra points. Bosher was 97%.

Jon Semerene best ever. He regularly was able to keep kickoffs in bounds.

Yet, 8 shanks as a sophomore along with some freaking LONG punts of 60+.

The fact that he can place kick makes him a really valuable asset to any team. Of course the Patriots wouldn't have needed him as they let Doug Flutie drop kick an extra point near the end of his career.

Bosher has had some really good averages on his punts since he's been in the pros.

He's got to be one of the top guys in the league.
