QB performance at FSU, with supposedly talented experienced guys, has been poor. This is "their" answer... OC play-call change.

- abandons his OC duties/ hires a new OC
- finds his son a job somewhere else
- Fires Brown, searles, and his son and puts in some quality dudes into those roles (let the new OC pick his dudes)
