When does his seat get extremely hot? We can blame richt but the real issue is the AD . Does he look for potential up coming head coaches . Example elite OC from other teams or do we just continue to take has beens and coachs from temple . Ou and osu both hire elite OC . Brilles would be a good or even Kiffen over the bs we been getting . Nobody wants to play for an lethargic offensive scheme . Clemson Oc is elite and several other programs have great OC . Imagine leach with Diaz as the dcord. Instead of **** richt

Let's make an OC with no head coaching experience from a scandal riddled previous employer or a perennial loser coach who's kind of a head case the top job at UM.

Well thought out plan OP, excellent job.

BallHawk always at front of topic.

It gets hot when BoT says it does.

Frenk might be the face, make no mistake it's a few key players on BoT.

I believe if BoT steal Joe Moglia from Central Carolina, big step, HUGE step towards getting Canes back on track.

XFL commish good choice too...Papa Luck

I’ll also point out that as good as Clemson is, on paper anyways, they are below Bama OSU etc from a recruiting Star rating standpoint. Meaning they develop their guys very well.

In 2018 for instance, we had better “star” talent on the OL than they did

It's obvious where Richt stands on all of this. He's doing what he's going to do. Period. Frenk, Blake, et. al. have to decide if they want to ride with him, or not. It's not who they replace him with, it's if. And they're the ones that have to be called out. THEY are the ones that have to feel the heat. Richt's only reaction to the heat is to take some small, pragmatic step to solve a small, immediate problem. Meanwhile the big picture stays the same. The torches and pitchforks have to surround the BOT. THEY have to make him make meaningful changes or cut him loose. Nothing else works . . .

Not so sure his job is evaluated on wins and losses. UM athletics isn’t doing much winning these days, but facilities are good!
