If he is available whenever we eventually can Richt, he should be the first call. He has been a winner everywhere he's been. He resurrected a program that was discontinued for a year and in 2 years they are in position to win their conference. He stuck with the program after they cancelled it in 2014. He has the #6 rated total defense. This guy is going to get offers and I'm hoping Miami is one of them.

Bruh we need winners who win regardless of the level. Who cares where he started out. He is now a winning college HC. He is an offensive coach with a strong defense. He has an eye for talent and can coach/develope his kids. He doesn't need the best talent to win. His offense would explode will Florida talent.

I don't get the HS label. A lot of the stuff you now see in the NFL originated at the HS level. There are a lot of college coaches who started out at the HS level. If the guy can coach, he can coach. Bill Clark has proven he can win at the HS level, FCS level, and now FBS level.

Its gonna take a Howard level hire to bring it back.

Not a coordinator or a guy who “might win his conference!” and not retreads lkke Butch or Schiano.

Otherwise just keep Richt bc it will be the same result. Go big or go the **** home.

One of my friends works for UAB and everybody loves him. He’s a community guy and people wanna play for him. The problem with being Miami is being in Miami. It’s a different beast. You have to hire a well known winner who has done it at big time places and knows the landscape or hire a young gun who can get kids fired up. This isn’t the 80s or 90s anymore, we will never win big without one of those two things. Social media and recruiting sites no longer allow Miami to keep all these kids under the radar and keep them home. Different times require for different solutions
