The biggest thing to me was the YAC finally got to see it. It’s really simple we don’t need to run a fancy offense just one that gets our play makers the ball equally

Getting the ball to playmakers will always be preferable to not doing so.

Wouid be nice if richt were able to take it a step further and scheme to get his playmakers the ball w an advantage.

Hard to get someone to do that and $4mil/year. I guess.
 
Biggest difference for me is we finally got a couple of those “explosive plays” that “we don’t need” and got a spark.
 
OP is getting the math question correct but having the formula wrong. :)

MR changed the play calling at halftime, going almost exclusively to outside WR screens in lieu of running plays. That was a good move on his part because it negated our subpar O line play.
 
Biggest difference is that we played one of the worst defenses in the league.

Definitely glad that we won, but Vag Tech is not exactly a great test. Next week will definitely give us an idea of where we stand. Pitt is a decent team despite their record.

Also had to make adjustments when Brevin went down and then again when Mallory went out.

Decent.? ACC coastal Champs. Because Canes couldn't win with the easiest schedule. Last night just proved how being stubborn can't be fixed. CMR is still the worst p5 coach
