If Golden can do on the sidelines what he's doing in the living rooms of these young men, look the F out !!

Now is when we evaluate him and he's doing kick a$$ right now since the NCAA just finished getting a top 10 class, looks to be another one this year and we have #1 class in 2016.. Momentum is crazy right now need to put results on field now
 
His recruits so far haven't set the world on fire, but then there's the cloud....oh no.

Look at FSU. Jimbo didn't wake up last fall with a new coaching brain. For years, he had underachieved on gameday and perennially had the best 4 loss team in the country. Well, he had more or less 3 no. 1 classes in a row and surprise surprise...he raped the whole country last year.

I'm not saying we will win a ship with Golden, but I am saying if he keeps crootin like he's crootin without the cloud, this will be a pretty good football team....like a perennially top 15 team.
 
I love it when people **** on Golden and make fun of "the cloud"...guarantee this wasnt being said when the **** hit the fan. He might not get the job done how we want but dont act like "the cloud" wasnt a big ******* deal.
 
funny how people plant the seeds during every coaching staff just hoping they get fired, just so they can say "I told you so"
 
He can't. Never has and never will. Only hope is that this studs tell him to **** off and freelance. Next coach in will have more than a full cupboard. We may get lucky one day.

We are no where near the number one class. we aren't even in top 5 for the past three seasons i believe.

not to mention the fact that the key position still lack talent.

And again...I didn't say we would replicate what they did....but what I did say was ultimately the talent will show and we will be a pretty good team. No. 1? Prolly not, but a top 15 team.

This last class at WR, RB (if Choc stays there to complement Joe) and front seven is NASTY. They will flat out murk people. Darling and McDermott also should become huge monsters and will bookend the line for several years.

The 2014 front seven class will have absolutely no regard for human life.

Owens, Chad, Jenkins, Harris, Moten, Young, DJ etc. will ******* hurt people.

Jimbo woke up last fall with a wunderkind at QB. Big difference. Ask Mack Brown's underachieving *** what a QB can do to bring it all together.

Exactly what I was thinking. Jamies Winston made everything Jimbo Fisher did look good. The Mac Brown analogy is also on-point. His only title in decades of coaching came with he caught lightning in a bottle Vince Young's senior year.


Maybe Brad Kaaya will be that guy for Al Golden.
 
It wasn't just Jameis. The whole roster was stacked. The rapist struggled for much of the title game but they were able to overcome it.

Point being, if Godlen can parlay the Jaquan Johnson commit into a another great class of studs who also sign on we will see wins regardless of coaching. This can easily be a consistent 10-2 team, even with the BS we are used to on gameday.
 
regardless of anything else. Pretty evident the staff is one of the best in the business in recruiting which is saying something because they’ve done this while we haven’t been on top. Imagine this staff after having a few years in alabamas winning shoes.
 
So far this class looks to be really good for the top 10 or so guys, but really mediocre for everyone else.

Who is Tony Gomez?

Golden can do that on the sidelines...starts with bringing in competent coaches as coordinators and on the lines.

Not buying this for a second. Almost invariably those criticizing Golden love the program, and want nothing more than the team to go undefeated and win a title. But the last three years have provided a pretty large data sample for why many do not feel this defensive scheme will ever return us to the year-in year-out dominant defenses we grew accustomed to in the many glory years of the '80s, '90s, and early '00s.

I defended Donofrio last year because of the dearth of talent left in the wake of Shannon and the recruiting sanctions. But there is no excuse at this point for the dreadful defensive performance against mediocre competition, coupled with the DT recruiting misses.
