Great point about hiring within the family. Joe Redmond was the best coach yall had in the last 15 years of that program and he was a MIA guy.
I played for dillard and the worst thing they could have done was hire from within the panther family I played under Keith Franklin and he was good. Also back in 2006 there was really only one squad plucking the best and that was STA but now you have all the private schools leveraging their money and the ballers want to go there. No Fcat was also the great selling pitch back then too
