Should Miami consider going after this guy? He was fairly good in 2017, throwing for 3,569 yards, 33 TD's, and 12 INT's with a 58.5 completion %. He regressed in 2018, but to be fair, he did lose two future NFL receivers in Courtland Sutton and Trey Quinn.
