Bama won 38 -10

Saban was straight tripping on the side lines in the 4th. I think was directed at kiffin

Saban doesn't mince words. He said the sideline conversation with Kiffin wasn't a 'discussion', it was an '***-chewing'.

As much as I dislike Saban and Alabama, I have to respect his comment.

And a day after Kiffin's salary was doubled from 700K to 1.4M...

we didnt play well - period

not true, we played great in every phase except QB play and pass protection, pass protection wasn't bad just inconsistent.

to the op, I think Miami fans aren't use to a good team, we think good teams don't have challenges they have to overcome during the season before they can become great teams. We are finally headed in the right direction and I'm excited about it.

We had a field goal blocked, dropped a pass that would have went for 25+, got penalized 9 times, fumbled (lucky the dude was out of bounds when he touched it).

We played like trash outside of running the football and stopping the run. And honestly, I think we'll be alright all year if we do that each week. Have a chance to be really good if we do that in addition to cleaning up other things.

why is 9 penalties some thing youre equating to us playing like trash? 2 were unsportsmanlikes that I'm good with, the rest weren't big deals. the block FG is something e have to clean up but doesn't make me think we played like trash. The defense dominated aside from that one busted run, the only real issue was the QB play, the rest we can clean up.

Against western kentucky. I wonder if their fans are crying......

What the **** does Bama have to do with UM football???? So just because Bama struggled UM fans shouldn't be upset with our vertical passing game. That's pretty dumb reasoning and besides they started a true freshman QB. Kaaya is supposed to be a first round draft pick.

I was disappointed in Kaaya's play, because if he plays well we score at least 10 more points, maybe a lot more. Our D was outstanding. Last year had Kaaya played that poorly, we very well lose that game. Our D is so much meaner than anything we've seen in many, many years.

Possibly the message is that nobody plays great in every game. As much as I don't think FAMU was a sign that this team is great, I don't think FAU was a sign that they suck. Time to man up and realize that, barring a loss to app, we won't really know much for a few more weeks.

You are forgetting our special teams. We not only allowed great field position and had our kicker making tackles, but we also missed an easy chip shot field goal.
