Great numbers on Kirk. Standing vert like that for a 6-9 kid with long arms is great.

Actually the recent success with bball players in the weight room (the S&C coach who went to Arizona) is more proof that swasey is clueless.

Our basketball players gave all the credit in the world to that strength coach for how explosive they became.
Larkin and the guys outperformed so many major colleges in the nba combines.
