Currently the Michigan and Pitt jobs are the only openings. Pitt will certainly not hire Golden...he lost to them with superior talent. Not every program has an AD as blind as our so unless the Pitt AD and Blake James both came from selling tickets at Maine it won't happen. Golden is also unlikely to be hired by Michigan....however, our best hope is that the Michigan job creates enough dominos to fall that maybe there are a few openings among one of Rutgers, UConn, Maryland etc etc and Golden gets one of those. That is our only hope IMO, without that we are basically stuck with him through next season.

Nobody that Al would want to go to, wants him. He's not Power 5 caliber. Things have to run their course. The only hope is that the Adm. learns that Miami isn't just going to be good because it's Miami.
 
things are looking grim. I think our only other chance right now is if Addazio fills the Michigan role thereby leaving the BC gig open. I think al would consider that one along with UVA.
 
Like above, we gotta just accept it until next December 2015 ... we will have a new President then, etc.

And Darth Kiffin will be available on the cheap ... TITLE TIME *******

ONE THING AL ISN'T, IS STUPID ENOUGH TO LEAVE $MILLIONS ON THE TABLE WHEN HE KNOWS THIS IS HIS LAST HEAD COACHING CON JOB. AL HIT THIS LICK AND IS GONNA RIDE IT INTO THE SUNSET WITH JAMES HIS GUARDIAN ANGEL.
