I have the utmost respect for HBCU, and I am not dissing them at all, but this is just dumb.

Whose idea was it to schedule this game on a grass field in Aug, 70% chance of rain at 4pm-8pm on Saturday the day before one of College Football's biggest rivalries take place on the same fckin field...

That grass is going to look like a land mine field. What the **** were they thinking??

Also, this isnt new. Its been played around Labor day since it started back up in 2021.

Edit: We’ve either played away, or before the OB classic in the previous 4 iterations.

FAMU isnt the one renting the stadium lol. They didnt even play in the game last year

I’m all for FAMU (unless the Rattlers are playing UM or Bethune-Cookman) and the Orange Blossom Classic, but, yeah, the scheduling here is a long way from ideal for one of the two major players at JRS.

DanRad had to sign off on the Sunday scheduling.

Did he or did he not know the Canes would be playing on grass field in SoFla less than 24 hours after a football game and a long halftime show by a huge marching band?

FSU played LSU on Sunday. That's a network thing to have games everyday from thursday until Monday night for week 1

I believe the arizona cardinals have something similar. I wouldnt worry too much the field will be perfect by game time tomorrow
