Attrition and signing #s question

Not sure if this is "recruiting" or just "football" so I'm posting this on both boards:

Can somebody smarter than me (re: most of the board) remind me how and if this offseason attrition affects our recruiting numbers?

I know some of the hard/fast numbers: 85 total schollies, 25 signees per class. We have up to 11 EEs (a few are still waiting.) Do the players who we just found out are leaving affect this year's recruiting class at all?

It depends on how many of the EE count towards lasts years number.

All year Richt has complained about scout team numbers. Lots of posters are in a hurry to run guys off. But with all that attrition being mentioned it still puts us way below 85. I mean we would have to sign 35 kids to make it past 80. So this attrition being spoken of must be of players own acccord and not Richt running guys off.
