ATL - Game watch - Temple

Can't make it. I live up in Jackson County, GA and Saturdays you'll find me up at the asscrack getting ready for youth football (son) and youth cheerleading (daughters). See you in November, maybe?

Relatively. I went to the one for Miami of Ohio, I was in Miami for the aTm game, and then there was no watch party for B-C.

I expect that they will do watch parties for the rest of the season. First two were at Lean Draft House (Braves games conflicted???). A lot of the ATL alumni association events have been at The Battery.

Though we just had an event on Sunday at Ladybird. Holy crap, that place is awesome. I didn't realize it was right across the Beltline from Kevin Rathbun Steak, so I'm gonna have to join @wspcane and @AtlAtty and a few other distinguished Canes for a day of outdoor eating. And maybe some walking.

OH, plus it was within walking distance of the BRAND NEW "The Salty Donut", which was founded and is owned by UM alums. They made us a few dozen special donuts for the event.

Salty Donut needs to start selling the pastelito donut up here. Apparently they are keeping it to Florida stores only.

That's just wrong. Let me make a few calls.

SOOOOOO many Miami people in ATL now. Just went to the Airport post office Friday to mail Q3 ES payments, and I talked to the guy at the front counter for 20 minutes, he's from Miami and knew the Taylor family and a bunch of other guys. He said he's going to the F$U game too.

It's true and one of the reasons why I dislike the new ACC schedule. I could count on every other year going to Bobby Dodd for the visiting team. I remember having a street party on North Ave and Techwood right outside the stadium back in 2012 right after the game.



I was sunburnt and I couldn't speak for days right after this one. We took over. We need to take over again.

I saw that ATL does not have either the "Guava + Cheese" or the Tres Leches. Sad. Those donuts would sell up here.

But seriously, I will probably wear the UM Dunks and a white jersey.

Oh, and a lime-green Speedo...

We'll figure it out, I promise. Maybe I'll wear my Greentree All-American shirt too.
