The fact he hasn't fired him is probably the biggest indicator of his stubbornness and complacency with being mediocre .

He has yet to make a move to show he even cares about winning football games .

He should have fired Dorito after the 2012 season.

Dorito is his boy. That would never happen.

More to the point, after the fan base's explosion of anger last December, I think al needed dorito in the bunker with him more than he needed a competent D coordinator.
 
How in the world could anyone be concerned about Dorito, out of all people, right now?

Hope he doesnt fire him - Um gave Coker another year after agreed to fire a few of his coaches
 
I'm glad that he didn't. Didn't want a chance of someone coming in and saving his *** for another year. We need to clean house.

Again, it's bigger than football for Golden and Dorito. As long as Fat Al is here, Doritos will be here. Totally unprofessional but it is what it is. I don't think Golden will get another coaching job with such warped philosophical ideas and loyalty to ineffective schemes. Totally inept.

Dude has been late getting plays in from day one.
Now we see why. It was worse when he was in the booth
 
On the real, y should he? It was our dumb a** Admin that gave him the extra long extension. Golden can't coach worth crap, but he's a clean Nevin Shapiro. He had Miami's admin by the balls and nothing they could do about it. He basically said fire us and pay us or deal with it. Not his fault; it was our incompetent Admin that gave him the moxy to keep everything in tact. He's ******* but the admin are his b****!

It will not happen since he is Al's best friend.

the whole D was looking @ the sidelines while Cincy was running a play to the opposite side. I mean this chit was on National TV
 
It doesn't matter if he fired No D. This is Al's defense. He would bring in someone else to run the same defense. Make no mistake about it. The issue here is Al.
