...a spread offense last year. Pretty sure the Ark State HC is a Larry Fedora disciple. Fedora likes to spread it out and run the ball through more open lanes.

Spread these fckbags out and make em play in space with their inferior athletes, Rick. That's all. Get them out of the phone booth.

I wouldn't mind seeing us just blow them up and steamroll them, but I agree with you. Our biggest advantage is our skill, and we should give that skill room to work.

If we want to win by 2-3 TDs, we have to be able to mash them in the run game. If we spend the whole game in 3rd and longs, their DL is nimble enough to get pressure. That's what they did against UT - UT was able to lean on them most of the game but on third and long, their 3 man front did a real nice job getting to the QB

absolutely. ark state rattled off 26 straight points in the second half because they wore app state down. no reason we can't do the same.

Been thinking all week we should come out in spread and no huddle for the first few drives. Let Kaaya get in a rhythm and shut the *****es up early.

I don't know maybe open about 50 percent of the offensive playbook? That should do it.

UT tried to run on them all night playing power football. They failed monumentally. They were in 3rd and long all night because they lined up and tried to play Bo Schembechler power football all night on 1st and 2nd down.

Idiot Butch Folden and his retread OC Schembechler disciple Debord thought they would play SEC ball and just line up and steamroll them.

PA pass will be there from the start, IF Kaaya can simply hit it. If he does, this game is over in a hurry.

listening to some of the pregame it sounds like they really want to punch these guys in the mouth and break their will. Difference with Tennessee is that their qb sucks and offered no consistent passing option. App St plays 3-4 and are a bit light on the dline. Our fb Williams can play dline for them. I formation with 2 te set and play action may be what's on order for today.
