More like the Dolphins. Haven talent, crap coaches, GM/Owner Admin/BOT that just dont care and dont get it, crap stadium (same one), always at the .500 mark or better win just enought to not make the playoffs and get a crap draft spot/always in some asstastic bowl, had some great teams in the past won championships in the past, but now just waiting for the right situation to happen to become a solid team.
