Are we a lock for double digit wins if...

We have a pretty easy non-conference schedule. I think we get to double digit wins barring no injuries. At the very least, we should win the coastal.

We're a "lock" for double digit wins if we get double digit wins....

With Richt as the HC, I'd be disappointed any year that we didn't get double digit wins - including this year....

Productivity is what counts in life - not potential....

We will ALWAYS be a lock for double digit wins when we get some straight **** dogs on the OL and DL. OL is soft as charmin and I pray Kool is what we think he is and what we think he can do. Need dogs in the trenches to reach the pinnacle.

For any team, military, athletic, business, etc, nothing is a lock. Not success or failure. IF each enabling sub-unit can perform at a high level, at the right time, then the team will posture itself for success (e.g. more Ws than Ls). I suspect Bryant, Johnson, Saban, Miles, et al never thought any game was a lock, nor even any set of downs. They kept (and keep) their units focused on the task at hand--winning this play.

If they lose focus on "winning this play", they widen the chances of losing the overall effort. It seems that Coach Richt and staff are far better organized and prepared than the previous staff to motivate and coach the right players for the right positions.

That's all we can ask for as a fan base.

Go Canes.

Nothings a lock but for headline purposes. That said just wanted to know what yall thought would be most crucial for us to get back to double digit wins. Want it badly this year as web been starved

Kaaya will have a Heisman-type year if the OL overachieves .
A "decent" D is all that will be required, ala Manziel/A&M in 2012.

The simpler answer is if we go 2-2 or better in October.
