This one is encouraging to me. He realizes his failures at Texas and was going all over the nation looking to adapt. That quality is what drew him to Herman. He told Herman he wasn’t going in there to think he knows everything and do his own thing, but to execute Herman’s offense.

Very interested to see what type of offense he comes with. (Obviously) I’d expect to see all the best peieces of Briles and Hermans offense after reading this.

This is what I've been saying. Does anyone actually know or have insight on what he might run? Experienced playcaller but he's been leading other coaches offenses from what I see.

He was just the HC at UH, so not sure how you don’t have an idea of what he’d run as OC.

And Herman was Urban's guy at O$U, not a bad teacher.

Dorito said something like that when he got hired by Applewhite.

Let’s hope his biggest learning was how awful a decision it was to hire Dorito. What was he thinking???
