Kid has been under The Radar for a while now. Finally getting his recognition. Used to play at Miami Jackson and now plays at Miami Norland
He won the fastest man at camp Saturday.

This young man is on his third High School he has been at Miami Northwestern, Miami Jackson, and now Norland HS.

He was committed to FIU, then flipped to Cincinnati so we will see what happens but I doubt he could get by UM's admission with all those transfers unless he is a stellar student.

But having a kid who ran a 10.6 sec 100m as a junior is always a special factor.

Paranos ... blackvern could shed some light but I'm pretty sure all those schools' classes are coded the same so that won't cause a problem.

Recruits transfering between multiple schools has caused a lot of problems in the past with UM admission's granting a commit admission to the university. Last year it held up Brandon Powell's admission an he literally flipped to UF the day he was supposed to arive at Miami because admissions was still evaluating his transcript from multiple schools ( three I believe), despite the fact the kid had a 3.5 gpa. So just by hoding up his admission by a day we lost a recruit. An kids know this especially kds who want early admissions, are weary of UM's admission unfortunately.

I trully think it borders on criminal negligence that UM doesn't have a relational database (rd) of high school classes from the tri-county area to use in transcription evaluation. The evaluation process would literally take 15 minutes or less to evaluate a transcript and generate an admission recommendation if the used a RD.

With all that said I like the offer to Antonio Howard, because he both has speed and he as that Dog in him that UM players were traditionally known for.

Get this **** kid on the team now..has that mean streak you NEED as a defensive player..sadly would be held in at here though. God forbid any of the kids have fun while playing at miami anymore

that is not why powells admission was held up.

Brady played at 3-4 schools w/ alleged grade problems and was able to get in fine.

Its hard to have fun when you stink defensively. If we're competent, maybe even good, watch Jamal Carter and how much fun he'll have.

Expound if possible.....I've always wondered what truly went on here. I was told $$$$ but that's always said after a flip. I just remember watching his flip happen right over twitter tho

If not then what was the hold up with Powell's transcripts considering he had a reported 3.5gpa, I am curious now because that whole thing was a cluster #$%.

Miami is the school that he really wanted an offer from. I would be shocked he he doesn't flip by the end of summer.

I think this helps with Jovon Durante AND Carlton Davis. They both play for Norland.

Would be nice to know. Friend of mine is a senior administrator at his school. He was very high on Brandon. Said he was a great kid and excellent student. I haven't spoken to him since NSD but will ask when I do. Hated losing the kid. That he is now a swamp scum is the worst.
