I was curious about this but was hesitant to say anything. I have no idea who Vicky Garrigo is but her instagram profile picture is her and another man that is clearly not Don. Is this his kid?

I'm pretty sure that's his sister's kid. If you are going to creepily stalk, not a players account but what I assume to be his sisters, at least make sure you look at her profile pic. She is clearly kissing another man and based on the description it is her kid.
