Why should this one be any different than the previous 2 disasters?? The definition of insanity?? Another lazy/easy/convenient move?? Don't have a good feeling on this one boys. Explain to the board why this one is different.

Its not different until Manuel proves otherwise. Today is his first full day on the job. Let's see.
 
Diaz wasn't my guy (BBB), but he now is our guy. I'm a Cane through and through and will support Manny until he proves that he doesn't deserve it. At this time, it makes no sense to look back, but forward. I'm hoping he makes good OC and DC and other staff decisions and hires an excellent local recruiting coordinator (someone as good as Butch).

I am incredibly shocked that they only spent 10 hours to hire the next head coach. How do you not even interview other candidates? Yes, they probably reach out to Cristobal and he said no, but still. With that being said, I am optimistic about Diaz. Let's see who he hires to be OC.

Insanity: doing they exact same things and expecting a different out come.

If he hires Yost as his OC, I'm OK with that. If he hires Ponce, I'm done.

Yost should be priority # 1.
 
I think that this may have been in the works since Diaz threw up his hands and decided to go to Temple.

The critical thing will be the OC.
