Dude is a KU alum & fan. I’m going to assume after the whole Adidas/KU scandal, this prompted this guy into “action” b/c he cares about the kids. FOH. (Not u, but the intent). Again, these “bills” are to help bag schools further. That’s it. The rich will get richer off of these joints.
