Golden was asked how he plans to counter the distraction of speculation regarding whether he’ll become JoePa’s successor and leave UM after just one season.
“We’re going to counter it by playing well and preparing well and clearly we’ve gotten two commitments in the last 48 hours, and I think there’s going to be another one here today or tomorrow,†Golden said.
