Our zone coverage and can't figure out how a team with so much talent has a losing record

The defense needs to be ripped. Here's a perfect example from the 3rd quarter. 3rd down and 8, the UM CB (probably Howard) is playing 5-8 yards beyond the first down marker. Easy pitch and catch to the S. Carolina receiver right at the marker. Come on. Golden and Dorito are so worried about the big play that they allow the opponent uncontested 1st downs. And, even with all of that concern about the big play, SC still managed enough of them to win. Instead of worrying about the other team making a big play, how about giving our defense a chance to make a big play. Tighter man2man coverage on the sideline play I described could give the CB a chance to jump the route and take it to the house. What does it say about Golden and Dorito when they have so little confidence in our DBs, who, by the way, are described as talented by the ABC crew? Golden and Dorito have no guts, and as the saying goes, "No guts, no glory." If they think Howard is too slow for man2man, then why did they recruit him? You can bet that he would be an All-American on a SEC team. We are stuck with Golden, but please, fire Dorito.
