Your eyes were not lying to you, by end of the first quarter I stood up like wow this is a lot of people.

My friend who works in the front office for the dolphins met with me before the game started and I told him about it and he suggested we should get used to it because we have 40,000 season ticket holders this year.

The dolphins are closer to 45k as per them, and you all know the stadium seats 65,000 people, so for our games 61% is technically pre paid and could have butts in the seats. Assuming 10k single game tix are sold for any game, you should expect decent crowds.

The other thing- those ******* band wagoner students decided to show up this year. Last year I was so disappointed with their attendance. I assume they do not count against our season ticket holder numbers, that’s 7-10k students per game. Also the band of the hour was about twice the size of last yr.

FWIW FSU sold 27K season tickets this year. Interesting.

Best attendance and energy that I’ve ever seen for a FAMU game.

It’s hard to eyeball attendance number, but I would say it was around 50,000

Giving Miami three non-Saturday games is pure malpractice. Goes to show you their dislike for Miami is stronger than their obligation to the conference.

Same. I live in Mississippi and bringing my 8 year old to his first game against Central Michigan.

Man i miss going to the games. Im in Limon Colorado right now heading to Denver area, Henderson to be exact. Im definitely coming home for the last 3 games of the season.

It did look nice for a thursday night game against FAMU.

Also something i was thinking about, we were trash for the growth of the internet and social media. GEN Z is only now taking us in on the national scale. We have alot of room to grow the fanbase.

in retrospect, i like it because it has created disruption and irregularity, which helps create mental toughness and grit.
