Who here still thinks that Al wants alumni to come back as he stressed throughout his intro presser? Honorary alumni all expense paid trip this week on Al's personal account should be Philip Buchanon.

In my business, I want that feedback. I expect to be called out when I'm not getting the job done. A good leader should embrace the criticism and figure out how to improve and get results.

Al is currently blasting "Frontin" by Pharell Williams featuring Jay-Z in his office from a Beats Pill XL while doing the Duke Johnson Bernie Dance

except we're assuming that he's a good leader. based off talent alone. Miami will beat certain teams. A leader will guide his team through adversity...through difficult times...now what team has Al Golden beat that's even or better than Miami talent wise?

don't worry, i'll wait...

The tide of public opinion is finally turning. I heard Joe Rose (who has been very AG friendly)make a passing comment this morning -yeah coach pulled a disappearing act this week. The comment itself is not so damning BUT is shows the cracks are starting and opinions are changing.

Likewise and awesome post. However, it is crystal clear that Al doesn't as nothing has changed from last year. If there was ever a time to be receptive to change it was last year after we gave up 550 yards a game. Al is convinced that he has it figured out and will continue to "take the blame" without having a plan to fix it or really an intend to as what he is doing worked at Temple against A-10 teams.......

I think it may be worse. I think Al is trying to improve and change but it just isn't working. That is when I think its clear a change is necessary. I think he has done everything he knows how to do and it is still not good enough. That has to be demoralizing. That is when you lose a team. When you have taken your best shot and it still comes up short.

Good guy. I don't doubt he has the best of intentions.

Just doesn't know how to get the team to compete at a championship level.

Agree with you with 99.9%, but what change are you referring to? 3-4 didnt work last year, Dorito is still here?!! The product on the field is the same crapola.. Granted, he made some good admin/coaching changes, but as Philllip Buchanon stated, coordinators are ******* him up. ****, im ****ed bra.! I have not watched TV for the last 4 ******* days because of this BUFFOON.

I think it would be very interesting to be in the room watching the coaches and former players discuss the issues and see where they actually landed.

I think the alumni are handling this poorly. If you want your vice to actually matter, take it the man himself, not on Twitter.

I agreed with literally every word of what Buchanon said, and yet still think he is an ******* for the way he said it. Call the man, call the BoT, call the AD, call whoever you want...but don't air the dirty laundry. All those dudes ever talk about is how it is a brotherhood or a family. Well, when I have a problem with my brother or my family I sure as **** don't put it on blast, I keep it in the family.

Just heard QAM discussing the Joe Rose no show and the Hurricane Hotline no show.

I believe the old players are doing right by taking it to social media. Get that burning flame on Golden's ***. The disappointment needs to be public for all to see, if not everything is perceived as ok, which it is not!

I'm good with al golden as head coach he must know hire better coordinators that carry a certain aura that is carried by each particular unit a strong no bullsh!t d coordinator and a strategic strong minded offensive coordinator that's all golden has too do I like him as a head coach I just think his coordinators keep letting him down and he doesn't do anything about it and if that keeps on he will be leaving with them...

Dont care about many of the previous "alumni" ie former players
- Kehoe - former player
- Lamar - UL side line & former player
- Shannon - former player
- coker - stayed within the program

Fans hated JJ hire & Dennis hire - Rule #1 - dont listen to fans
