Now its a full rebuild? And if that’s the case why would u hand the keys to guy who never coached a single elite team in his life, never was a HC, and has zero rolodex for assistants?

Great first thread man. Now let me answer with the flat out truth. This team has not been worth a **** since Butch's guys all left, 04 maybe 03. Since then the clowns running this U cant hire a coach to save their ***, and they've thrown away millions in the name of saving money. It has become apparent, even to the by standing idiot, that they really dont care, when you sit back and look at rhe moves they have made, it sticks out. TWO first time HC's, didnt learn nothing on the first one, what big time program does that. If we had an admin like UF, we'd have 2 or 3 more chips, or the aTm admin, or the Texas admin. These teams wanna win it all and dont mind showing it, we've NEVER had an all in administration and look what we've done, imagine what could be

No, they feel better losing games now because the offense has guys going in motion now! Man most of them aare just sad **** that dont know football and they definitely dont know what real UM football is. Coach diaz and coach enos phucked up the first 2 games, with the wrong personnel decisions, the losses this year have been on the coaching staff, not the players. Old bubba baxa is regressing and this blake baker guy needs to step his game up, he doesnt even seem to wait and see if we can actually just get pressure with the front four, and he seems to always be bringing the blitz from qb's blind side instead of forcing the qb to have to go the other way! These new UM bandwagon fans have much to learn. I didnt like coach diaz and enos trying to justify playing transfer tate in the gaytor saying he was in on the deejay dallas 5 tackle breajing touchdown run, as if deejay hasnt been scoring touchdowns in spectacular fashion since he's goten here.

Than enos running jet sweeps with the wrong guys, running plays for transfer tate as if he's just some typ of all world athlete, tate would get pile driven in the MEAC conference, he not athleting to many people so they need to cut it out!

We have lost 2 games by a total of 7 points. How many times were we blown out consistently under Shannon and Golden? I'm not saying Diaz is the answer, but miss me with that mess that you know he isn't the answer in 3 games
