Al Golden should hire a co defensive coordinator

Dorrito wont' even take advice from the players who are actually playing the game and you think he is going to listen to another coach?

if we have another horrible D year Dorritto can kiss his coaching career goodbye

One can only hope. You also have to remember that hiring coaches these days is less about what you have won/accomplished and more about where you have been. He will still be able to say he was a D Coordinator at The U for 4 years, and that experience alone, good or bad will land him a job some place else albeit at a smaller school, but still.

Several years ago, the US Air Force Thunderbirds flew right into the ground.

Apparently, they all key off the lead plane, and don't pay attention to anything else, like for example, diving into the ground. So they all followed the flight leader, and like yard darts, flew right into the ground.

Al's not bright enough, D'Onofrio won't listen to anyone else anyway, and they've nosed over the program, and nothing will change their destination.

...At the "Gathering of Eagles Range." The AF then used trainer jets (T-38's). Much less capable radar/weather radar...etc. After the incident they upgraded...now using F-16's. A much more capable/reliable jet.

...I'm sure you get the point of the story.

Our pilots previously flew biplanes, including Stearman's and didn't have a problem flying into the ground.

Don't try to tell me a T-38 has a greater propensity to fly into the ground more than an F-16. It was lead pilot error

The lead pilot made a miscalculation in judgment, and since the others keyed off of him, they all crashed.

Kinda like our HC. He makes the decisions, he makes the judgments, he determines the parameters and directions of our team.
