I found this gem while watching youtube vids. It would be amazing if some1 could give this to a coach or player and have him surprise Golden and the Canes by playing this video

that vid was circulating when he was first hired. he was even asked about it. its kind of funny looking at the facilities back then. things have changed a lot since then.

What most people don't realize is that coach Golden didnt make the traveling team until his 4th year on campus. He started out as a skinny tight end and became known as a workout warrior at Penn State.

It is of absolutely no surprise that his coaching philosophy is rooted in player development.

Talent Evaluator/Developer is a recipe for ruining the college football world when you coach at the University of Miami.

When you can pick 'em AND improve them, it's almost unfair. He's playing with a loaded deck. Not to mention, he's not too shabby as a gameday coach.
