This may take Richt a few years to fix this mess....we have undisciplined players and **** poor coaching. We are taking care of the coaching, but we have to weed out these bad seed

we will need the team to be full of his players sooner rather than later. golden tainted this

we lead the nation in penalties = undisciplined

we are getting blown off the ball by lousy *** wazzu = Strength and conditioning is not nearly where it needs to be

we are getting owned in the air while in the midst of a snow storm. we can’t even stop people when its raining and wet

gonna be two years at least, people need to realize this and give rich time

Agree with OP. Golden created a loser mentality culture and that takes time to change. Expect players to be better coached and different looks but creating a winning culture is not easy.

Discipline is the easiest thing to fix. Why do you think some coaches come in and have an immediate impact. It's not because they brought in a new system, it's because they brought discipline to talented players. That's what we will see next year.

Nahhhhhhh. This ridiculous line of thinking needs to end.

Any elite coach should be able to turn it around after one season to fix things. If we are mediocre in year 2 and 3, then Richt isnt the guy.

Yup. The talent is there. A quality coach makes an immediate impact.

Name one elite coach who took more than 3 years to win when taking over a major brand program. If Richt can't do it within 3, then on to the next one.

It doesnt take three goddam years to "change the culture".

Honestly, if the culture isn't changed by the end of spring camp, then your coach isn't the guy. That's true at any program. By opening day in September we should see a new team.

DL and OL.
Until they play consistently at an elite level of production we will be the same as we have been the last 10 years.
If it's a recruting issue or a coaching issue or both I don't know. But Richt should make sure to get the best coaching he can possibly get for both those spots.
