Again, another game that Miami loses with a very high post game win expectancy. This is almost the same as UNC except for the turnovers. Miami dominates statistically, but shoots itself in the foot repeatedly and also the opponent capitalizes on its limited opportunities much higher than the national average. Look at VTs points per opportunity. WAY higher than average. This defense has been TERRIBLE when backed against the wall.
But VTs success rates were terrible. Literally red across the board. Some could possibly be attributed to having such a big early lead, but for the most part they had very little success on offense. Miami had more explosive plays, more YPP, more opportunities.....but again, more turnovers and VT capitalized on every chance they got (or that Miami gave them). Another game Miami found a way to lose that they should have won.
