Watching the ACC Track Championships.

Shout out to the Miami Hurricanes Women's and Men's Track Teams.

The ladies just won the 4 x 100 relay with Senior Kristina Knott and 3 freshman. Way to go ladies!!!!

The men finished 4th in the 4 x 100. Not sure who ran. Handoffs didn't look clean.

Takes a lot of practice to get rhythm & timing down. Hard for Lo to come in late & get into track.
