Sam Howell is going to be a problem in the future...

Really nice run from the temple RB just now. Smooth like butter.

Good example of the turn around on offense by hiring a competent OC. North Carolina went from 27.4 PG to 31.3 PPG and about 30 spots in the rankings in year 1 starting a true freshman QB.

They lost their 6 games by a total of 25 points, non greater than a touchdown.
Two of the losses were in OT.
One of those losses was to Clemson. By 1 point.

I was wrong about Ole Man Mack.

They also run the offense to suit there personnel, something we don’t do

I don’t think brining in a good offensive coordinator will fix all our problems. We have a very toxic program. Our players don’t play with any heart and they don’t care about our program. Also, our players are not as good as we think. And it’s only going to get worse from here

Absolutely true. We have a pretty bad roster. But the RB talent is gonna be there. You’re gonna have starting experience and bodies on the entire OL unlike this year... with more bodies to try to fit in the equation in Rivers and possibly a grad xfer. WR talent is good enough. Might have the best TE room in the country.

Land someone like Costello at QB and it’s a manageable situation. Roll with the guys we have had 3 years in a row... it’s gonna end up looking a lot of the same as 2018 and 2019

I can’t never tell if we have just didn’t evaluate the right guys or it’s all on the coaches. When you look at the roster on paper, we have some talented guys. But when you watch them, you see the receivers and tight ends drop passes, offensive line struggles , and the defensive players miss tackles.

So Wakes DE that projects as a 3rd round choice coming back for senior year. Meanwhile Canes projected no better than 6th round if drafted all leaving for the draft
