grew up on a military base in Germany and gained such an appreciation for our Armed Forces making today one of the best days of the year. With that said, Go ARMY beat NAVY
 
So much respect for these guys. Good football players going to a school that they have to serve our country right after graduation. I thank each and everyone of them.
 
My son is at there Prep School for Navy and hopefully he hangs in there so I can be at that game front and center. He plays guard there.
 
I think the Naval Academy grants physical waivers for their players, thus why Navy players always seem bigger and stronger. Also why they crush us annually until last year. What a game that was. Hoping for another good one. From the entire Paratrooper community, a big GoArmy beat Navy!

Love this game and the festivities before and after the game with the stories usually bring chills or a couple tears..
 
I'm AF but I'm attached to an Army unit, so I'm pulling for them to make it two in a row. Perfect weather for this type of game too.

What does this mean and how does it make them different than the other service academies? TIA for explaining. First I’ve heard this mentioned.
 
For all the **** Navy takes in the back-and-forth banter between the services, that stunt bought them a good bit of favor with the rest of us.

I was away for training last year otherwise I would have been at last years game, hopefully another opportunity will come around before I retire.

Some of the toughest academics too. I still remember that idiot Litee3000 on that other board who was talking sht about the academies because he thought they only " learn how to be soldiers" and don't really have "real academics."
