A Block button?

Just curious on why you guys haven't made a Block button like other sites? The Ignore button doesn't really do much because the people can still comment on your posts and etc.

It wouldn't be effective. Users could log out to see others posts and blocking would make content unviewable for some users. For example, if you blocked an user then they wouldn't be able to see your thread and posts from any user within the thread.

How about this - once users are blocked by a certain threshold amount of other users, they get a temporary ban? lol

I think auto-moderation is very interesting
