Very underwhelmed by his highlights. Can't believe this is the best we can do.

His best position is offensive guard

Yep. Looks a lot better at guard
I watched him play against a team in GA earlier the name slips but when he was on offense he was a force when he went to defense he made no dem difference and I barley noticed him. I think he would be a presence but OL is def his money maker

Read the reason FSU dropped him was because he did not want to play O-Line. He is not a DT, And I think could be good on the O-Line.

I agree that OL is his best spot. I'll take him at DT and move him to G if it doesn't work out at D

Our Dlinemen are glorified Olinemen so Norton is perfect for UM's 2 gap system NT position.

I just don't think he's that good at DT and rather have him at G

This is what UM asks its DT's and NT's to do, which is what Norton does exceptionally well. Our Dlinemen are supposed to control an area while getting movement from the OLine which is what Norton does well as an OG so flipping him to NT an asking him to do what he does best is an ideal fit.

Smh what about UMs DT situation is comparable to FSUs? You never heard of a two way player in high school before? Or is it in your mind Ryan Fines is all we need at DT?

Do you think we have any options.?

We have no other options but Norton as a DT is terrible. He might be like Jeremy Lewis bring him in as a DT and if it doesn't work out then switch him to G

Jeremy Lewis' high school highlights kicked Nortons in the nuts and left them crying on the ground. He looked twice the player Norton looks.
